Beginning in 2016, employees will receive the survey twice yearly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI urge you to take the survey so we can better help you do the best job possible,\u201d Brennan says.<\/p>\n<p>Individual responses aren\u2019t shared with managers or supervisors, the PMG says. \u201cThey\u2019re confidential. You have my commitment on that point.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the PMG discusses initiatives to help USPS grow its business, including the new My USPS.com package-tracking app.<\/p>\n<p>The app relies on data produced by the new<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/liteblue.usps.gov\/news\/link\/2014\/03mar\/news12s1.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Mobile Delivery Devices<\/em><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(MDDs), which letter and rural carriers use to scan packages upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 100,000 MDDs have been deployed.
