In fact, the PRC report reflects the following:<\/p>\n<p>Respondents In Favor Of\u00a0Changing to 5 Day Delivery: 1483<br \/>\nFavoring 5 Day Delivery With Conditions: 301 [ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prc.gov\/prc-docs\/home\/whatsnew\/Public%20Inquiry%20Log%20April%20&amp;%20May%202010.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">see report for condition codes<\/a> ]<br \/>\n<strong>Total Comments Favoring 5 Day Delivery: 1784<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Respondents In Favor Of Keeping\u00a06 Day Delivery: 932<br \/>\nFavoring 6 Day Delivery With Conditions: 747 [ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prc.gov\/prc-docs\/home\/whatsnew\/Public%20Inquiry%20Log%20April%20&amp;%20May%202010.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">see report for condition codes<\/a> ]<br \/>\n<strong>Total Comments Favoring 6 Day Delivery: 1679<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comparison:<\/strong> The PRC report reflects that only 105 more respondents reported favoring 5 day delivery over maintaining 6 day delivery. An additional\u00a0total of 335 respondents report that they are in favor of 4 days or less mail delivery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Respondents Favoring 4 Day Delivery: 42<br \/>\nRespondents Favoring 3 Day Delivery: 271<br \/>\nRespondents Favoring 2 or Less Days of Delivery: 22<br \/>\nRespondents Favoring 7 Day Delivery: 12<\/p>\n<p>I do not believe the case is closed on this issue as yet. The vast majority of Americans are not even aware that they have the option to provide their opinion regarding maintaining 6 days of delivery or changing to 5 or less days. I believe the issue should be decided by the majority of our citizens &#8211; not by any union or by any group of mailers. I do feel that the loss of 6 day delivery will greatly impact the future of USPS and may have devastating results on the growth of our business model.
