Unfortunately, that horse has left the barn and this is a prime example of why voting by mail is not secure. If they’ll throw away mailers, they’ll dispose of ballots too. Don’t think for a second that these people delivering mail in majority white neighborhoods wouldn’t throw away ballots. Look at the UBBM in any office. Management doesn’t check it. They should be checking every cooler and backpack before it leaves the building with UBBM monitoring daily. Of course it won’t happen.
