The USPS already has a surcharge in place until late January supposedly because of fuel prices, and now this. One OIG audit of processing plants estimated they could save $427 million just by running the five poorest performing plants better. On top of that, they’re still getting bonuses. Asking for more money from Congress and raising rates is apparently a skill in high demand. The BOG should be ashamed.
