It’s the same policy that’s delayed the mail in every state, and it’s possible Steiner is complying with White House preferences concerning voting by mail. However, this is unlikely and gives the Steiner regime too much credit for doing much of anything correctly. His public statements and testimony before Congress indicate that he doesn’t know much at all, except to keep raking in his bonuses despite horrific service nationwide. Steiner and his buddy Doug Tulino need to be shown the door, and quickly before it’s too late.
