The USPS is not and has not bargained in good faith with any union. The question is why no one has called them out for it. The NALC is weak, especially with Renfroe in the mix, and it doesn’t look promising there either. These unions talk about progress, but never say what that is. The result is all this “progress “ goes out the door when it goes to arbitration; the arbitrator decides compensation and usually nothing else. This process appears to be broken.
