					<description><![CDATA[I understand the concern here, but the post office can’t properly deliver what they have. Steiner sits before congressional committees and lies when it would be easier to just tell the truth. Ballots shouldn’t be treated any differently than regular first class mail; the system should get them to their destination without any issues. The post office does handle them differently though because they can’t rely on their own processes for timely delivery. It’s probably going to take an acceptance scan on each piece, but they can’t overcome RTO. It’s hard to believe Waste Management is still in business knowing Steiner ran the place. Maybe its board showed him the door before he could do more damage. Hawley was right, he needs to go and soon.]]></description>
