He’s been a disaster, cutting service to help the bottom line while actually the undermining universal service mandate. Routes often aren’t delivered or partially delivered to meet some artificial return time while managers receive bonuses for in effect not delivering the mail. He wasn’t honest in his testimony before Sessions, let’s see if he is today.]]></description>
