For the past few years the NRLCA has talked about doing something to ease the burden of many overworked RCAs but the do nothing about it! CCAs are giving the opportunity to quit working after 12 hour days or 60 hour weeks…why didn’t RCAs get the same? CCAs become career after a two year period, why don’t RCAs? CCAs received much better pay compensation than RCAs! The NRLCA did nothing to help RCAs! It’s going to be a BIG “NO” when voting to ratify!!!
