					<description><![CDATA[I hate to say it, but this is nothing but a pack of lies. The USPS answers to no one, from large “stakeholders “ to the average customer. They’re experts in speaking but not saying anything and their spokespeople are nothing but paid liars. Service is declining, internal theft is out of control, employees don’t come to work, and too many managers are incompetent. This doesn’t, of course, apply to everyone, but it’s a major problem that’s not easily addressed. Look at Georgia and its shiny new purpose built RPDC. It’s failing, producing arguably the worst performance scores in the country, and despite Dejoy’s promises it still hasn’t measurably improved. Richmond isn’t far behind. All of this will be coming to the rest of us soon.]]></description>
