when a 5980 is required needs to be clairified urgently. Ongoing TREATMENT should not require a new 5980 be filled out. The law actually states periods of rest. It is a huge obsticle for a Veteran to get a new 5980 filled out every time they require bed rest. Just another way for managment to make useing a benifit nearly impossible.

It is urgent and a necessity for someone with both Contractual Proficiency and minimum legal analytical and logical reasoning to explain to my Union Brothers and Sisters that consistent with the Wound Warrior Federal Leave Act of 2015, in accordance with the definition of said entitlement WWL is not "Postal Sick Leave" but it is a separate leave category, distinct from SICK LEAVE. This clarification is needed because many brothers and Sisters are lacking knowledge, information and awareness when it comes to the distinction between WWL vs. SICK LEAVE, and this ignorance is dangerous. I am requesting that the distinction be described in
layman's terms as much as possible. Thanks in advance
