It is funny to me how APWU get to act as if they are here to help the poor disenfranchised people who were discriminated against by the Post Office in the name of reassessing them. My experience as a Union official at the time showed me that APWU was just as interested in getting rid of people who were injured on the job in an effort to not only create a two tiered pay group that would help the Postal Service save money by paying the newer employees much less money; but the new people would get APWU insurance as well as add to the fledgling Union dues. I know of Union Officials in Virginia that turned their heads when people were getting sent to new offices in the name of excessing, hoping to locate them away from stronger Union representatives. The next step would be "out the door". I know of employees who were injured on the job who were denied work within their facilities at straight regular time, while that same work was given to healthy employees on OVERTIME. I know of employees being told that they were being reassigned under the NRP with one stroke of the pen, and the with the next stroke of the pen say that they were being reassigned due to Excessing. Clever and destructive lies that have sent people home as a burden on the Workmen's Compensation Program. They would get paid a fraction when they got sent home due to false claims of no work available. I know of VETERANS that were denied opportunities to work in custodial jobs because the USPS and APWU wanted to make room for jobs for the newer employees, despite the fact that Veterans were only supposed to have custodial jobs. As a Union official, I was once told by a National Business Agent " Why are you fighting for them, they are taking our jobs", referring to the fact that I tried to help every employee that I knew was being treated horribly by these two entities. Employees injured on the job should be able to rest assure that the EL-505 and EL-507 were written so that they were interactive with their displacements. However, it became quite clear that the EL-507 and EL-505 were not consulted when the new effort began to rid the Postal Service of Limited duty to make room for the Newly classified employees. There is so much that manyl don't truly understand. You want to know what really happens to USPS money, check how much goes into thwarting EEO complaints Follow the money to the legal teams. Look at the decisions being made by MSPB and EEOC that shows that their decisions has nothing to do with standing by those that has been wronged by the Postal Service, but it appears that they are trying to save the Postal Service from themselves. All it takes is one strong person, to tell the truth. All it takes is for one good leader to bring it all to a head. People are afraid to come forward because of the EXTREME lengths that the Postal Service goes through to silence people. People are afraid. The environment is toxic. There continue to be a Hostile Work Environment even though the Postal Service has gone through great lengths to rid itself of the term "Going Postal". If only the public really knew.,,, All of this, I am saying is my opinion, but I can easily provide proof to my words.

And i know for certain that i am part of this class action lawsuit because i was informed about this around 2010 and was told that i did not have to do anything. However, the letters that were sent out between March 19 and 20 2018, I never received. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks
