I received this form 50 last October and didn’t think much of it because my base pay hadn’t changed. I bid off my T6 string at the end of January and noticed I had been dropped from step F to step E. So does this mean I lost the promotional step because I bid off my string?

When it comes to money, Rolando and his National buddies are the only ones getting any raises. Rolando wanted to take away your choice of choosing a hbp, and he also wanted to force all retirees to sign up for medicare, again taking away your CHOICE. Rolando is also double dipping by collecting 2 paychecks, maybe 3. He gets one from nalc, one from the afl-cio, and probably a 3rd from Meghan. We need to be represented by the Teamsters because they negotiate wages and benefits by the area you work in, like ups, (ups doesn't negotiate a National wage) We need to negotiate as parcel delivery and not as postal workers. We shouldn't be lumped together mailhandlers and clerks who do nothing. Notice who the usps offers early outs to and who they don't. They only offer early outs to those who add nothing to the business, the usps would crumble if they ever offered an early out to carriers. Yet Rolando can't do any better than get us a clerks salary. Good luck getting your pay, remember what Rolando got the TE's salary wise a few years back

I also am one of the carriers who fall into this category. I received a form 50 in the mail the day after the ELM was revised. I thought nothing of it because I was due a step increase the following pay period. When I looked, to my surprise, they had moved my step increase date 2 years into the future. They never even have me my 46 weeks time that I had spent in the previous step as credit for "time served" if you will. Sadly, even if the union wins, I have no faith in USPS to get my pay correct and back on track to the increases that it was before. Union better fight....as I have little faith in them as well. I pay dues for results, and lately I've seen very little.
