What kind of business would bank on legislation as a business strategy, particularly a law that would swindle retirement monies away from the retirees that made that business successful during their working careers?? Instead of waiting around for something that may never happen, the USPS needs to explore REAL business strategies such as the introduction of real innovative ideas that will make money for their business!!
