					<description><![CDATA[I agree with Mike and Lonnie. When the parcels have HEAVY sticker on it and it weights over 50 or 60 lbs... Those are also tossed into hampers. They most of the time drop on top of other parcels. Supervisors and managers witness to all this because they are watching how fast clerks are throwing parcels. Many occasions they even witness that the box is busted and the content is all over the work floor,  but they still tell clerks keep throwing parcels. It&#039;s bad work environment here. I survived one year and I have decided not to come back. No such thing as &quot;GOOD WORK ETHICS HERE.&quot;]]></description>
