This has been going on since the postal service signed to deliver for Amazon.com. They cannot keep up. The letter carriers, mail clerks, mail handlers all suffer. The management teams nationwide must have specific instructions from the PMG to hire more CCA’s and fire more career employees. The alliance should be brought together to protect employees who continue to be violated under federal laws for disability and family medical leave.

Tell us how you want to start it? Glad to help all I can. Wife is a rural carrier and the PO is taking advantage of set route times now. My wife delivers 750 boxes a day. 2 schools, between 50-150 a day packages and route is set at 43 hrs a week and she is set on paper to work 5 days with 1 day off but instead she must work 6. She has not had her scheduled day off in 2 years. It takes her 10-12 hrs a day. She gets paid 8.5 hrs a day. NRLCA is starting to lose the confidence of the employees because they are doing nothing. At least that is the way it looks.
