					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not very happy with the change to the part time regular.  Because that is what I wanted to become and I have been one for almost 8 year which was great,  now with the change from a PTR to a non-transitional full-time employee, I have no choice in the matter but to become full-time and don&#039;t think anyone should be force into these postition and I find no reason for it at all anywhere on the website of the APWU.  Because anyone that wanted to be a full-time clerk should have become a full-time clerk, now that this has started no one in the union can correct the problem or in management can figure out how this is suppose to work.  I don&#039;t get paid for holiday working hour I only got paid for 5.50 and I worked 8 hour I have been intouch with my local and he can not answer and question because only thing he can tell is that this is a matter that the national in handling and they are grieving the case and what I&#039;m going thought may not what others having to deal with.  I can only work 6/36 per week I think I&#039;m still a PTR at this point without the option of a regular (overtime, holiday work pay, eight hour days, non-schedule day) I don&#039;t think that I will be paid back pay for any of this because one understand how this is suppose to work.
