I have questions, I was a PTF Clerk and excessed from my office. I became a PTF Carrier at an office because it was local, now I have become a full time carrier at this office, my question is if a full time clerk position came open in my office would I be eligable to bud?

If a processing plant closes, can those regular clerks retreat to a level 18 office? The office has one ptf and gets 32 hours. Can they creates 40 hours for them and do away with the ptf?

If ptf are converted to 30 hour weeks. Can the postal facility still hire the new temporary employees? Instead of making 40 hour positions for the new regulars.

What will happen with the clerks that were excessed 400 miles from their assigned location? Will they be returned to their original location? Some clerks in San Francisco, CA were excessed to Los Angeles, CA. Will they have retreat rights back to SF?
