First thing to know about running a business is to serve the customers (first). If you want the revenue then get the clerks at the counter to collect it. I see at least 25% of your customers including me just walk right out the door at any given time, and go to ups or fedex.

I have been at my po box in a usps offices for 11+ years and I have done nothing but complained about the customer service. The netty-gritty? there is all ways one clerk at the counter to serve one customer line that’s out the door 15 to 25 deep, you should see how mad we are because this is a service, and at noon everybody go’s out to do there chores. You know what? all but one clerk go’s to lunch too. Who is at the post offices counter to collect the revenue? one clerk, will the post offices manager come out and play clerk? NO he’s in the back sitting in his offices.
