Just read the article about the Des Moines plant. The exact same thing is happening at the Waldorf, MD DDC. Management has lied to OSHA and my congressman's office about retraining. I have contacted OSHA AGAIN so hopefully the problem will be corrected. But because of this problem, I was forced to use my leave, lose overtime, and got charged LWOP because I refused to work in an unsafe work environment where I felt my life was in danger. In fact, OSHA tells me I probably won't be able to recoup my monies. Isn't that the biggest load of ---- ? It seems like even OSHA will let me down. Hopefully, my congressman's office can help me out.
