He said he would return it to sender. Instead, he returned the certified card to the sender, opened my letter and put it back so a court date would show through the window of the envelope. He did not return the letter as I requested and he had no right to open a letter addressed to me and put it back. I know he did this because in the window of the envelope was my name and address. When I got it back it had a court date in the window of the envelope and was sealed with scotch tape. I believe this is a federal offense for a mailman to do. How do I proceed now with these charges against the postman and the post office that was lying to cover up for him? Terri
