					<description><![CDATA[My mailman gave me a certified letter which I asked him to return and said I did not want to accept it. He said he would return it to sender. Instead, he returned the certified card to the sender, opened my letter and put it back so a court date would show through the window of the envelope. He did not return the letter as I requested and he had no right to open a letter addressed to me and put it back. I know he did this because in the window of the envelope was my name and address. When I got it back it had a court date in the window of the envelope and was sealed with scotch tape. I believe this is a federal offense for a mailman to do. How do I proceed now with these charges against the postman and the post office that was lying   to cover up for him? Terri
