I wonder though, if Mr. White had shown remorse and admitted his malfeasance, would he have been allowed to remain an employee of the USPS?? I suspect the answer would have been &quot;Yes&quot;, based upon my experience in the Postal Service...........bad managers are hardly ever fired, they are just shuffled around and put in out of the way places on Tour 3 somewhere.]]></description>
