Video Revisit: Newport News boy leaves Gatorade, water for mailman during heatwave

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) — Thursday, outside temperatures were among the hottest so far this year, as the heat index reached over 105 degrees.

A heat advisory was in place for the entire Hampton Roads area from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
