USPS: Special health benefit enrollment underway

Employees can find more information about the USPS Health Benefits Plan on the LiteBlue site.

USPS News Link – 6/8/16 – Now through June 30, the Postal Service is offering some non-career employees the opportunity to enroll in the USPS Health Benefits Plan.

Employees who have become eligible for the plan since last year’s open season are able to enroll during this special period.

This group includes non-career rural carriers (excluding assistant rural carriers), postal support employees, Postmaster relief employees and human resources associates.

All eligible employees can enroll through PostalEASE from the LiteBlue or Blue sites or by calling the HR Shared Service Center at 877-477-3273 and choosing option 1 (TTY 866-260-7507).

Coverage for employees who opt in during this special enrollment period will begin July 9.
