Postal Rate Commission

We had no idea that the Postal Rate Commission (PRC) could be lobbied by any company or person – apparently they can. The following is a 2009 list of firms and/or persons lobbying the PRC:

CB Richard Ellis

Greeting Card Assn
Hallmark Cards
Morgan Stanley
National Postal Policy Council
Newspaper Assn of America

Valassis Communications

If, in fact, this list is factual then how does the PRC use these funds? The list is provided by OpenSecrets.org which is owned by the Center for Responsive Politics a not for profit group located in Washington, D.C.
