Something must be done about the software programs on the AFSM 1000 flatsorters. They made a modification not too long ago that causes the flat tubs to fill up extremely high making them very hard to lift. People have complained but it goes on deaf ears. Now half our workforce on the flatsorters are on light duty because of them not listening. The list is still growing. I am concerned because I just want to run the way we used to but this light duty list is starting to cripple me. I fear that most of the light duty list will never return to normal duty because they are permanently injured thanks to the software problem all the management has ignored. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!!
